if you still wish to use this method instead of the VPNSecure desktop application for linux, please do the following.

Download your Key files from your email and place them into /tmp/vpnsecure 

If you are a member of VPNSecure you can take advantage of our automated setup for OpenVPN for your linux system (Works well with gnome or KDE may work on others)

You need to have a valid www.vpnsecure.me account in order to use this method.

Open the Terminal

wget http://vpnsecure.me/files/linux-openvpn-setup && bash linux-openvpn-setup 

Follow the on-screen instructions.
