To use OpenVPN on an iPhone you will first need to Jailbreak it and install Cydia - you can find all the information you need for this process here:

Once Cydia is instaled, open it and do a search for "GuizmoVPN" - you can find more information about GuizmoVPN here:

You will need to get all of your .key , .crt and .ovpn files together in a folder. You can get your .key and .crt files from a zip file that was send to you when you first signed up for VPNSecure.
You can get your .ovpn files, by logging into the members area and clicking the yellow "servers" button, and then "generate" - and they will be emailed to you.
Take all of these files, and put them in a folder together and then create a text file in that same folder called "pass.txt". Edit this file, and add a line containing your VPNSecure username, and another line with your Key password (usually the same as your members area password).
Compress all of these files into a zip file named vpnsecure.zip .
Once this zip file has been created, run the GuizmoVPN application and click settings, and activate the web server - and then visit the address it gives you in a browser from the computer where you created the zip file.
In this web interface click upload, then select the zip file you just created and hit confirm.
Once uploaded, the new server configuration you created will appear in the GuizmoVPN app on your phone and you should be able to connect
