Please reach out to support and ask for a .ovpn file for Synology NAS 

Once you have this .ovpn file, you will be able upload this file to your Synology NAS or Router device

1) Open Control Panel 

2) Click Network

3) Click Create VPN Profile

4) Select OpenVPN (Via importing a .ovpn file) 

5) Enter Profile Name (VPNSecure) or any name you wish to put here.

6) Select Browse on the Import .ovpn file and select the .ovpn file that was provided to you by support. (Leave all other fields blank)

8) You can now connect or disconnect to your VPN profile.
