Windows: No errors in OpenVPN Log, but IP does not change

Issue surrounds Windows Network configuration
To resolve this issue please do the following
- Click on Start
- type in CMD in the search box
- Open the Command Prompt by right clicking and select (Run as Administrator)
run the following commands
- netsh int ip reset logfile.txt
- netsh winsock reset catalog
