When using OpenVPN GUI, these files are located in c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\config\*.ovpn

When using our VPN application, the changes need to happen at the end of c:\Program Files (x86)\VPNSecureMe\openvpn\config\default.ovpn

You will need to use Wordpad by right clicking and run as Administrator -> Make sure you select "All Documents" from the drop down menu above the Open/Cancel button.

Add the following line to the bottom of the .ovpn configuration file.

VPNSecure App

Click on Settings -> Advanced Config

Enter the below into the OpenVPN Directive and click add to config

ip-win32 netsh

or 

ip-win32 ipapi

Close the VPN client and reopen it, and try and connect again.
